食譜:咖哩雞

也很簡單,但最好不要一次煮太多,
我發現冰一個禮拜就會壞.....。

馬鈴薯*2+紅蘿蔔*2-3+洋蔥*1+雞腿肉*8(這是這次煮的量, 下次要減少!)
還有咖哩塊,不辣跟中辣我各放了3小塊。


炒鍋;先用一般油炒洋蔥,差不多了就把雞腿肉放進去炒。

湯鍋裡在煮馬鈴薯跟紅蘿蔔。

都好了之後把整個炒鍋裡的東西倒進去。
可能要加水可能不要。
看他又滾得差不多了的話就要加咖哩塊了。


然後要小心不要燒焦,鍋底會黏燒焦咖哩,超討厭。

食譜: 壽喜燒

很簡單。
洋蔥*1+番茄*2+香菇+各種妳喜歡的菇+金針菇
這次多加了玉米
如果有黃豆芽跟豆腐也可以加
青菜我是隨自己心情,今天是放高麗菜跟菠菜。
當然不要忘記要買好吃的肉片, 我個人覺得豬肉比牛肉好很多多多多。

我是買乾香菇, 所以要泡。
泡完的水可以留著。
我連洗完舞茸菇還有金針菇之後也是拿去泡水,這個水也可以留。

先在鍋中用牛油炒洋蔥
然後把香菇水跟香菇倒進去鍋中,
再把舞茸菇跟金針菇也倒進去。

然後丟蕃茄跟玉米,加水蓋過所有的料,讓他瘋狂地滾滾滾滾滾。

然後在等滾的時候這時候洗一下肉片,其實我不確定要不要洗。

洗完先放著,這時候湯滾了就可以開始加壽喜燒醬油,
我們這邊買的是teriyaki醬油,總之吃起來也還不錯。
我不知道要加多少,但我判斷的標準就是邊加邊喝味道。

等到味道對了之後,再讓他滾一下,放洗好的高麗菜,然後開始下肉片!!

旁邊的鍋子煮水燙麵條。
然後洗菠菜,準備放菠菜。

然後煮菠菜。
然後把煮好的麵丟進去壽喜燒裡吃味道。

搞定!!!!!!

Whole new opening!

Hello...
My new Life just start in LA!!
Study at USC, to gain more knowledge in OT and OS,
and then get my licence here, practice here, also earn money here!!!

And the first thing I'd like to do is get on to my study schedule!!
I always fall behind the reading...
I didn't spend time listen to the course recording...
I always feel like information exploring...
My poor English and less self-confident beat me...

I need to be more confident! Be open-minded!!

Here in this blog I'll try to use English primarily to take some notes of my life.
There's not always happy things around so I DEFINITELY will complain, abuse, dirty words, depressed and frustrated....so just everything that happened here in my daily life...

I am still using my wretch blog,
so there should be plenty of spaces for me if I had something to say, somewhere to hide. :p

This blog might be keep opened for everyone can read,
I think it should be the first step for me to be frank and be confident to myself and to the public.

Anyway, as part of a Trojan family, Fight on!!!
